One of the focuses of the business in recent years has been cookbooks & food-related editions, in English & French.

Cookbooks by Escoffier, Curnosky, Ali-Bab, Toulouse-Lautrec, Berthe, Gilbert, Dumont, Mathiot, Saint-Ange, Pellaprat & Montagne are all names that we have available in French.

In English you’ll find two editions of Physiologie du Gout by Brillat-Savarin, Beeton’s All About Country Life, a well-used The London and Country Cook from 1749, as well as Julian Street’s 1912 Paris a la Carte to compliment the selection.

Cuisine et Vins de France by Edmond SAILLAND [1872-1956] better known as CURNOSKY or the 'Prince of Gastronomy'
